The project proposes a new urban intervention on Bordeaux’s right bank, aiming to enhance the quality of green spaces and public life. By introducing residential and public buildings alongside a diverse riverside landscape, the design creates new public pockets for social activities within a controlled natural environment. Strong connections between both riverbanks and the water itself transform the site into an active, accessible, and socially engaging urban space.
