What immediately gets atention is the clear layout. Also the fact that there is shown how it is at the moment and who lives in that city. Also the attention to living quality is great.

The real challenge is providing an integrated representation of the requested set of dimensions. Obviously, the point is not to make a simple addition of information but a representation that highlights the connection between these topics. The figure legends are illegible.

respecto a la representación las tramas, los colores y los dibujos ayudan mucho a entenderlo y se entienden bien los usos, falta como estos usos se han establecido respecto al rio y un poco de concordancia con el parcelario, también si la dirección en la que están dispuestos los edificios tiene que ver con el sol, el viento, etc., y si hay alguno tipo de tipología de edificio que se repita en la ciudad y porque.
