What immediately gets atention is the clear layout. Also the fact that there is shown how it is at the moment and who lives in that city. Also the attention to living quality is great.

For me a interesting part of this entry is the focus on street crosses. Also very good is the highlighting of the green spaces. A detail that is important is how the society is put together.

I really like that also the hights of the ground is mentioned. Especially mentionable is that different scales of density are implemented and that ground floor has special use. It makes a lot of sense to use that special place in an unique way.

The Project is showing very well the consideration of more quality space for living. As well the differentiation of different surface types, green spaces and connection of big structures included in the urban fabric. But i also have to admit that im unsure about the concept of the superblock.

What strikes me about this drawing is your ability to play with shapes and spaces in such an original way. Each element seems to have its own purpose, yet it integrates perfectly into the overall design. The project is both innovative and functional. Truly a high-quality piece of work!
