This project transforms Riga’s port into a new urban and cultural hub by reconnecting the historic center with the Daugava River. Key features include a 1.8 km "Four Seasons" linear park that celebrates the Latvian landscape, and a new Cruise Terminal designed to streamline tourism and guide visitors toward the Old Town. The proposal also emphasizes national identity through two landmark buildings: a Concert Hall dedicated to the tradition of Dainas (folk songs), and the Water Memory Museum, which honors the city’s maritime heritage with a kinetic mesh facade that moves with the wind. Together, these elements turn a former industrial barrier into a vibrant public space.
