Description

transformación del área industrial situada al norte de la estación de tren en un distrito verde, mixto y bien conectado; además de la rotura de la frontera producida por las vías del tren. Se centra en el terciode área más próxima al centro urbano y por tanto busca hacer de transición entre las dos situaciones.
