El proyecto propone un corredor verde litoral que reconecta el centro histórico, la estación y la bahía de Malmö, adaptando la ciudad frente a futuras inundaciones. La intervención añade nuevos usos residenciales y educativos, inspirándose en The Big U, las viviendas de Sant Andreu de Solà-Morales y la flexibilidad espacial de la plaza Skanderbeg.
