Se propone una nueva ruta paralela a la carretera que conecte al interior de Dúrcal, esta nueva ruta se trata de una ruta más lenta, con un barrio que converge desde un lineal verde. Se conecta con lo existente como son la industria, la mesquita y una casa de campo.
