master plan: connection between Grenada and Maracena

We want to enable, through infrastructure and the redevelopment of unused and/or abandoned sites, a connection between two cities: Granada and Maracena; both separated by a highway. Our goal is therefore to "eliminate" this highway in a socially beneficial way: to allow access from one to the other without being hindered by this road.
